If you wish to return an order, please email with the following information within 14 days of receipt.
1. Your order number
2. The reason for returning
3. If you’d like an exchange or a full refund
Please ensure that:
• All returned items are unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags.
• All returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
• All returned packages are sent via Royal Mail Signed For service.
I’m not responsible for the return postage costs of the items unless reason is the fault of me.
I’m not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn or washed, or are not in their original condition.
Allow one to three working days once the items have reached me to process the returns.
Any returns received after 14 days will not be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order.
What if I want to cancel my order?
I comply with the EU Distance Selling Directive 2000, which means I’m happy to refund your payment if you cancel an order within seven days. I’ll refund your credit or debit card payment straight away.
