We’re confident you’ll be happy with your purchase, however, If you wish to return an order, please email with the following information within 14 days of receipt.

If 14 days have passed since receiving you order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please ensure that:
• All returned items are unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags.
• All returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
• All returned packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracking service.

Please note:
We are not responsible for the return postage costs of the items.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
We’re not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn or washed, or are not in their original condition.

Allow one to three working days once the items have reached us to process the returns.
Any returns received after 14 days will not be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order.

What if I want to cancel my order?
We comply with the EU Distance Selling Directive 2000, which means we’re happy to refund your payment if you cancel an order within seven days. we’ll refund your credit or debit card payment straight away.
